Every season we are looking for small gives for our clients and for our fairs as a give a way. Matching the no man's land sense and values. These season we worked with de family company Scaldaferro. The family Scaldaferro has a Mandorlat nougat tradition and it goes back to the early 1900s. Currently the laboratory is located at Dolo, Venice along the riviera del Brenta. This Mandorlato is a typical Venetian candy product. The Mandorlato is made of antique confectionary traditions offered by the family of Scaldaferro. Every confection is unique, and transmits through its taste the flavor of the past. The Mandorlato is made of lightly toasted almonds englobed in a composite of honey, sugar and egg whites.
